At Leart World, we want the summer camp to be a creative, safe, and enjoyable experience for both children and their families. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we share some important organizational guidelines below.

💰 Payments and Reservations

Payments can be made by bank transfer, card (via link or TPV on-site), and cash (only if the full amount is paid).
Camp reservations must be made in advance and within the indicated deadlines.
Payments are non-refundable, except in case of camp cancellation.
If a child is absent during the camp, missed days cannot be recovered or compensated.

⏱️ Punctuality

We appreciate punctuality at both drop-off and pick-up.
The schedule is fixed and cannot be extended due to delays.
Late pick-ups may incur additional charges according to extended hours rates.

👕 Belongings and Clothing

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for art activities that may get dirty.
Aprons are provided, but we cannot be held responsible for stains or damage.
LeartWorld is not responsible for lost personal items.
For children aged 3–4, please bring an extra set of clothes.

🧸 Safety and Pick-Up

Children will only be released to authorized persons listed on the registration form.
If someone else is picking up the child, prior notice and authorization are required.
Medical emergencies: if the family cannot be contacted, Leart World will act in the child’s best interest.

📸 Images and Visual Records

By checking the image consent box on the registration form, you authorize photos and videos during activities showing your child’s face, hands, work process, or artwork.

These images may be used for informational and promotional purposes, including the website, social media, and printed materials.

If you do not wish your child to appear in any visual material, please leave the box unchecked and notify us in advance. We will then take steps to blur or exclude your child’s image as needed.

🎨 Materials and Allergies

Most materials are non-toxic and child-friendly; some may be edible.
Please inform us in advance of allergies, intolerances, or relevant medical conditions.
Also let us know about dietary preferences, e.g., vegetarian, vegan, or other snack restrictions.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposit: €50 per child
The spot is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Cancellations by the family:

More than 25 days before camp: deposit refunded minus €20 administrative fee.
Less than 25 days before camp: deposit non-refundable.

Cancellations by the organization:

If minimum participation is not met or unforeseen circumstances arise, families may:
- Receive a proportional refund, or
- Reschedule for another available week.

Force majeure:

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, legal restrictions, or safety incidents, LeartWorld will offer credit for future activities instead of guaranteed refunds.

⚖️ Responsibility and Behavior

LeartWorld reserves the right to contact families if a child’s behavior disrupts activities or affects group wellbeing.
In exceptional cases, participation may be terminated to maintain safety and respect.
No refund will be given in these cases.
Families will be informed transparently.

🌳 Park Outings Authorization

During camp, children may go on short supervised outings to nearby parks during extended hours (15:00–17:00).
Families authorize participation unless they notify LeartWorld in writing.
Alternative activities will be arranged in the studio if necessary.
