💰 Payments & Bookings

💳 We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card (via link or in-person POS), and cash (only if the full amount is paid).
⏰ Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the class.
🚫 Once registered for a workshop or class, payments are non-refundable.
🔄 It’s possible to reschedule or make up a missed class, depending on availability.

⏱️ Punctuality

🕒 Please arrive on time at both the start and end of each class.
⛔ Class time cannot be extended for late arrivals.

👕 Belongings & Clothing

🎒 We are not responsible for personal belongings.
👖 We recommend children wear comfortable clothes that can get messy.
🖌️ We provide aprons, but we are not responsible for damaged or stained clothing.
👶 Children aged 3 to 4 must bring an extra change of clothes.

🧸 Safety & Pick-up

👩‍👧 Children may only leave the atelier with the authorized adult listed on the registration form.
🧾 If someone else is picking up your child, an authorization form must be completed (available by email).
🚑 In case of a medical emergency, and if parents/guardians cannot be reached, Leart World is authorized to take the necessary steps to ensure the child’s well-being.

📸 Images & Visual Content

📷 By checking the registration box, you authorize that during the activities photographs and videos may be taken in which your child’s face may appear, as well as images of their hands and their artwork.

These images may only be used for purposes related to the workshop activities.

​

If you do not wish your child to appear in our visual material, please do not check this box and inform us in advance. In that case, we will make sure to blur or not show your child’s face in any material that is produced.

🎨 Materials & Allergies

🌿 All materials are non-toxic, carefully selected, and sometimes edible (made with yogurt, cornstarch, etc.).
⚠️ Please inform us beforehand of any allergies or medical conditions to ensure your child’s safety.

❌ Cancellations by the Studio

⚡ We reserve the right to cancel a workshop with 24 hours’ notice in case of force majeure.
📬 In that case, clients will be notified by email and offered:

💵 A refund within 5–10 business days, or

📅 A credit to attend a future session.
🌪️ If the activity is suspended due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, legal restrictions, public safety incidents), it will be rescheduled automatically, and no refund will be issued.
